Priors Bureau
The credit bureau for the agent economy
Priors produces the raw record: every borrow, repayment and default by an ERC-8004 agent is a public event on Robinhood Chain, and lens.score() is the protocol's own number. A bureau is the layer on top: the standardised report any counterparty can pull before extending credit, allocation or terms. That is what turns one lending pool's score into a trust layer other protocols plug into, the way a FICO score is read by lenders who never met the borrower.
The gap between the first two figures is the most important fact about the market: minting an identity is free and takes seconds; a credit line requires someone to stand behind you. A score is only meaningful for the second group.

The same record, priced by five products
| product | decision | unsecured | price |
|---|---|---|---|
| x402-service | approve | $2.50 | list |
| credit | approve | $2.50 | list |
| launchpad | approve | $2.50 | list |
| insurance | approve | $2.50 | list |
| marketplace | approve | $2.50 | list |
None of these products are Priors. A launchpad deciding how much allocation to release without escrow, an insurer loading a premium, a marketplace setting an escrow threshold, an x402 merchant choosing a price. Each reads the same report and applies the same published policy. The first consumer is live: this site's own x402 service prices its invoices by the payer's tier.

Scores across 218 scored agents
The protocol is days old, so absolute scores are small; that is why the Bureau reports a percentile among peers alongside the raw number, and anchors exposure to demonstrated repayment rather than to the score alone.

Tier bands
- A ≥ 20 repaid · punctuality ≥ 99% · no late settlements · tenure ≥ 7d · score at or above the peer median
- B ≥ 5 repaid · punctuality ≥ 95% · tenure ≥ 2d
- C enrolled, but short of B
- D defaulted flag set, or any loan in default status
- unscored never enrolled, no loan history
Terms by tier
| tier | unsecured | price | collateral | settle-later |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | 3× demonstrated capacity | -50% | 0% | 7d |
| B | 1.5× demonstrated capacity | -25% | 0% | 3d |
| C | 0.5× demonstrated capacity | list | 50% | - |
| D | 0× demonstrated capacity | list | 100% | - |
| unscored | 0× demonstrated capacity | list | 100% | - |
Unsecured exposure is anchored to the largest principal the agent has repaid on time, and capped at its own Priors line, its sponsor's live risk appetite. A score built purely on delegation does not unlock exposure the record has not earned.

relation to priors.trade
Independent, not first-party
Priors publishes its own free record check at priors.trade/api/check and an off-chain Score v2. The Bureau is deliberately a second opinion: it re-derives the on-chain score from creditReport() and shows whether the arithmetic matches, reads every loan row rather than a summary, publishes the policy that turns a record into a tier, and links every figure to a re-executable proof. Credit bureaus exist because lenders want a view the borrower's own bank did not write.
